Consulting services were provided for planning and construction control at the BMW plant, including equipment installation, using BIM models generated from reality capture through terrestrial laser scanning, complemented by aerial photography to ensure accurate documentation and efficient management.
The terrestrial laser scanning generated an accurate point cloud that documented the architectural and structural conditions of the BMW plant, providing key data for the development of digital models and the planning of equipment installation.
Using drones equipped with high-resolution cameras, aerial images of the BMW plant were captured, providing a comprehensive view of the project. These images complemented the technical data, facilitating construction supervision and more effective management.
Based on the obtained point cloud, detailed BIM models were created that integrated the plant’s information, enabling coordination of engineering designs, planning for equipment installation, and efficient construction process control.
